PITTSBURGH — A 16-year-old girl was shot Sunday night in Pittsburgh’s Knoxville neighborhood, police said.
Officers found the teenager just before 9:30 p.m. with a gunshot wound to her upper thigh. They applied a tourniquet to slow the bleeding until paramedics arrived to take her to a hospital.
