McKEESPORT, Pa. — Two people were shot and wounded in McKeesport on Tuesday evening.
Officials said the two victims, who are 17 and 20 years old, were found in the front yard of a home. Both were transported to a hospital and officials said they are expected to be OK.
Several bullet holes were seen in the window of the home and evidence markers were visible at the corner of Hewitt Avenue and Jefferson Street when a Channel 11 News crew arrived at the scene, which is near Founder's Hall School.
The crime scene stretched three blocks across Washington, Jefferson and Hartman streets.

At the time of the shooting, the neighborhood was filled with young children, and neighbors said they're tired of the violence.
It's been just 16 days since the last double-shooting that claimed the life of a 23-year-old woman and wounded a man. That shooting happened just blocks away on Fifth Avenue, and the suspect, Daniel Bizzell, remains at large.
In April, Raffel Greene and Jessica Taylor were killed as they sat inside a car on North Grandview Avenue.
There have been at least eight homicides in the city of McKeesport so far this year.
There was no information Tuesday night about any suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
