The woman sustained “moderate injuries” and was taken to UPMC Presbyterian.
The drivers of both motorcycles fled the scene. Police know the identity of one of them and said charges are pending lab results. They do not know who the other driver is at this time. Police believe drugs are involved.
A third motorcycle then crashed at the same scene, but police are unsure whether it was because of the previous collision. It is not clear if that motorcycle was traveling with the first two.
An 18-year-old female passenger fell off that motorcycle and was injured. She was taken to UPMC Presbyterian. The unknown driver fled the scene.
