They all knew one another, according to investigators, who believe the man and woman were shot first before the suspect moved down the street and shot the third person.

The medical examiner identified the victims as Harold Hicks, 51, of Pittsburgh, Oliver Finley, 43, of Wilkinsburg, and Tara Joseph, 43, of Pitcairn.

Numerous shell casings could be seen on the street where investigators put down evidence markers.

The shooter is described as a black man who was wearing a light blue shirt and khaki pants.

A BOLO - or be on the lookout - has been issued for a royal blue Pontiac G6, which police said might be a witness’ car.
