Pittsburgh police answered ads on Backpage and arrested at least five people in a prostitution and human trafficking sting.
People from at least three states were arrested.

According to the criminal complaints, police responded to ads on the website and then set up meetings in a Downtown Pittsburgh hotel.
They arrested the two women they say set up the ads. Another three people who were in cars with those women were also arrested.
Police say one suspect tried to slap an officer.
