ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. — Another 119 cases of COVID-19 were reported Tuesday by the Allegheny County Health Department.
In addition to the new cases, there were seven more deaths -- all of which appear to be related to long-term care facilities -- and 20 new hospitalizations, officials said. The deaths, which happened between July 23 and July 26, were people between the ages of 75 and 95 years old.

The 119 new cases are out of 1,804 test results between July 10 and July 27, officials said. They are people between the ages of 10 months and 97 years old.
Of the 119 cases reported since Monday, 115 are confirmed cases and four are probable cases, according to the Health Department.
Since March 14, there have been 7,593 cases of COVID-19 in Allegheny County residents, 603 hospitalizations and 229 deaths.

Across Pennsylvania, 1,120 new positive COVID-19 cases were reported Tuesday, bringing the statewide total to 109,384, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

There are 7,146 total deaths attributed to COVID-19 in Pennsylvania, an increase of 24 new deaths reported.
