85-year-old man missing from Venango County considered endangered

SENECA, Pa. — An 85-year-old man is missing and is considered endangered in Venango County.

Pennsylvania State police are asking for the public’s help finding Donald McNellie.

McNellie was last seen about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of the 400 block of Meadow Road in Seneca. He was supposed to be heading to Old Petroleum Center Road in Titusville, but he did not make it there.

McNellie is white, has blue eyes, is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jean shorts, a dark hoodie, white socks and glasses.

Police said McNellie’s vehicle is a dark blue 2008 Dodge Caravan minivan with Pennsylvania license plate HGJ-4187.

Police said McNellie might be at special risk of harm or injury and may be confused.

Anyone with information about McNellie’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
