Allegheny Co. Sheriff, Monroeville police teaming up for drive-thru license to carry event

Bill would extend Ohio concealed carry laws

MONROEVILLE, Pa. — The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office and the Monroeville Police Department are teaming up for an appointment-only, drive-thru license to carry event.

Officials with the sheriff’s office said the event is only open to the first 80 people who signed up on July 20 through the department’s License to Carry Appointment webpage.

Anyone who shows up without an appointment will be turned away.

The event takes place Saturday, July 25 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Monroeville Municipal Building.
