Amber Alert canceled after 2-year-old boy found safe

HARRISBURG, Pa. — An Amber Alert issued Friday was canceled early Saturday morning after 2-year-old Sebastian Rios was found safe.

Pennsylvania State Police issued the statewide alert Friday after the New Jersey State Police and Rahway Police Department reported that Rios and his mother, Yasemin Uyaf, 24, also of Rathway, NJ, were abducted by the boy’s father, Tyler Rios, 27, of Highland Park, NJ.

Tyler was believed to be operating a 2018 silver Ford Fiesta with New Jersey temporary tag W421713.

The boy was found safe but his mother was found dead along a Tennessee highway, officials said.
