The woman said when she went outside she found a car seat covered with a 4XL pink, wet T-shirt around it and inside a baby, with blue clothes, mittens and a hood, along with a diaper bag that had apple juice inside.
The woman said she brought the baby inside and immediately called 911. Police and medics arrived minutes later.
She said the baby appeared to be about 9 months old, never cried and waved goodbye when the medics were taking him away.
Hours later, the woman said she received a Facebook message from the baby’s mother saying the baby is her grandson and she simply wanted her to watch him.
Medics transported the baby to Children’s Hospital and say he was in good health.
Police said they are still investigating and speaking with CYS to determine custody of the baby and possible charges.
