Officials said the driver of the carrier was not hurt, but the driver of another truck involved in the accident was.
Dan Pribisco, a Donegal Township supervisor who is also a firefighter, told Channel 11 somehow the car carrier got into an accident on the Turnpike and it rolled down the hill.
“The cleanup crew is here right now … They are doing it as quickly as possible,” Pribisco said. “There is a lot of debris to clean up.”
Crews worked to upright the carrier and remove the scattered vehicles. Traffic on Route 130 was blocked for several hours.
