Woman rescued after car crashes over hillside in Shaler Township

SHALER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A car crashed over a hillside Tuesday morning in Shaler Township.

The crash was reported about 7:30 a.m. along Seavey Road.

Police said there was a woman in the vehicle and she was speaking with rescuers as she was freed.

Seavey Road was closed between Mt. Vernon Drive and Christler Street.
