The car sustained significant front-end damage and some fuel leaked from it, firefighters said.
Officials said the woman who was driving the car was taken to a hospital as a precaution.
Bob Ackerman, an owner of the gas station, said the pumps were just put in a few months ago.
“This is my business. I came here this morning to make money. This is what I do. Now, I have to fix something that I shouldn't be fixing. I can't pump gas. I can't work on cars,” Ackerman said.
