PITTSBURGH — A boy who was reported taken from his home in Pittsburgh has been found safe in Detroit.
Pittsburgh Police said 8-year-old Delon Napper was found after his father, Troy Graham-Napper, 31, was arrested by Michigan State Police on a warrant for interfering with child custody and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police responded to Idlewild Street around 7:30 p.m. Friday evening for reports that a young male had been taken from his mom’s home by a known person who did not have custody of him.
He was last seen wearing a black sweat suit and white t-shirt, traveling in a gray Subaru SUV with Michigan plates and a possible plate number of DWN6016.
