GREENSBURG, Pa. — A well-known gym owner and local chiropractor is accused of harassing and inappropriately touching two women inside his business.

Moses Jevicky runs Virtus Institute in Greensburg. His business's website says he is a licensed chiropractor.

Channel 11 first broke the news today that he's charged with indecent assault after police say two women came forward.

One victim told detectives “… she was positioned face up while laying down on the adjustment table when Moses Jevicky began kissing her ear and neck,” according to the criminal complaint.

She told police he grabbed and squeezed her butt with both hands.

“The victim stated after the first assault, Jevicky then fell on top of her in the exam room and he once again kissed her on the neck,” according to the criminal complaint.

Later on that day, Jevicky allegedly told her through a text message that he was sorry he’s too flirty and some personalities don’t go with his.

Meanwhile, the second woman who came forward accusing of him harassment said “... she was positioned face down on the adjustment table when Moses Jevicky pulled and snapped her bra strap, and said to her, ‘It must be hard for your boyfriend to get this off,’” according to the criminal complaint.

She told police she was frightened and very upset by his behavior.

Police describe Jevicky’s actions as part of a routine course of conduct that he does while training and seeing women patients that work out at Virtus Institute and are adjusted at his chiropractic office.

Channel 11 spoke with Jevicky in person today and he referred us to his attorney, who said he has irrefutable evidence that will prove Jevicky is not guilty.

Jevicky is due in court November 15.
