Controversial child limit vasectomy bill to be introduced into Pennsylvania House of Representatives

HARRISBURG, Pa. — A new bill in Harrisburg is yet to be introduced, and it’s already making waves across the state.

Rep. Chris Rabb says he will introduce a bill in the House that will put a three-child limit on men before they must get a vasectomy.
