PENN HILLS, Pa. — One driver was killed and another was injured in a crash Monday morning in Penn Hills, police said.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as Jewelle Motley, 33, of Pittsburgh.
The two-vehicle crash was reported shortly after 5 a.m. at the intersection of Saltsburg Road and Sycamore Drive.

Police said Motley died at the scene and a 44-year-old man was taken to a hospital. Both were the only occupants of their vehicles.
Investigators determined the Motley's Nissan Rogue crossed the centerline and collided with the other vehicle, an H3 Hummer that was traveling in the opposite direction.

“There were four other vehicles there helping them. The car was on fire. The lady down the street came out with a fire extinguisher and put it out. That was before anyone came, police or anyone,” Dan Shullo, a neighbor, said.
Saltsburg Road was closed between Almar and Vincent drives.
