ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. — A 20-year-old man was arrested after Allegheny County Sheriff Deputies said he failed a field sobriety test and they found large packs of lottery scratch-off tickets in his vehicle.
Investigators said Isaac Duku was arrested and charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession with intent to deliver, driving under the influence and other charges.
Deputies said Duku did not stop at a stop sign on Pittsburgh’s North Side Friday night. Deputies pulled him over and he failed a field sobriety test. While searching his vehicle, deputies found a bag of marijuana and over $5,000 in cash. They also found eight sealed $300 packs, five sealed $600 packs and one open $300 pack of Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off tickets.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for more information about where the lottery tickets came from. You’re urged to contact police if you have any information.
