PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh police need help identifying a man accused of throwing rocks at police on Wood Street and Sixth Avenue when a protest turned violent in downtown Pittsburgh on May 30.
Police said he was wearing a black t-shirt with white writing that may read, “Bang Bang” over a long sleeve multi-colored shirt. His face and head were covered with a mask and scarf. He was also wearing black jeans and black gloves.

In the video, police said he enters from the left side of the screen, backs out of frame, then enters again where he can be seen throwing rocks at police at least twice.
Police said another man in the video, who is seen wearing a gas mask and throwing rocks, has been identified as Andrew Augustyniak.
Augustyniak was arrested on June 29 and charged with aggravated assault, riot and recklessly endangering another person.
