UNION TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A tractor-trailer overturned, spilling bags of dog food and mulch early Monday morning in Lawrence County.
The accident was reported shortly after 4 a.m. on the ramp from Interstate 376 westbound to Route 224 in Union Township.
Traffic was not impacted by the accident, which sent the dog food and mulch into a grassy area.
Officials said the driver of the truck was not hurt.
