UPDATE 11:30 p.m.: A driver died Monday night after crashing outside of the Squirrel Hill Tunnel.
Pennsylvania State Police say Burak Ulas, 27, of Pittsburgh, exited the tunnel in the eastbound lanes, quickly crossed the Squirrel Hill Plaza (a no traffic area,) entered the I-376 Westbound lanes and struck Joyce Grimm, 60, in a head-on collision.
Investigators are still trying to figure out if it was intentional or not.

UPDATE 9:55 p.m.: The crash has been cleared and the Parkway East has reopened after being closed for more than two hours.
PREVIOUS COVERAGE:
A multi-vehicle crash on the Parkway East has closed the inbound (westbound) lanes.
Channel 11 has learned the first crash was reported just outside of the Squirrel Hill Tunnel on the Swissvale side.
There is also a second accident inside the tunnel.
All inbound traffic will be detoured at the Wilkinsburg exit.
