PENNSYLVANIA — The Pennsylvania State Police announced that they’ve filed felony and misdemeanor charges against the person they say hit and killed two Pennsylvania state troopers and a pedestrian on I-95.
The driver was identified as 21-year-old Jayana Tanae Webb.
In a release, PSP said the pedestrian was 28-year-old Reyes Rivera Oliveras, from Allentown. PSP said several passing drivers called 911 after seeing Oliveras walking in the southbound lanes of I-95.
According to the release, state troopers Martin F. Mack III and Brandon T. Sisca, of Troop K, Philadelphia, found Oliveras and were in the process of getting him in their patrol car when they were hit by Webb just before 1 a.m. on March 21.
Webb faces a handful of charges, including three counts of third degree murder, three homicide by vehicle while DUI, two counts of second degree manslaughter of a law enforcement officer and three counts of involuntary manslaughter.
