Driver killed in crash that sent pickup truck into creek

NESHANNOCK TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A driver died in a crash that sent the pickup truck they were driving into a creek in Neshannock Township, Lawrence County, officials said.

The truck went into a yard along Pulaski Road before it hit a tree and the driver was thrown from the vehicle, officials said. The truck then went over an embankment and into a creek.

The coroner described the crash as violent and high-speed.
