A huge chunk of fence is missing from a Station Square parking lot after a driver smashed through it early Wednesday.
The craziest part? Witnesses say the man was driving in reverse.
When Channel 11 got to the Station Square parking lot on West Carson Street, we found a 2017 Hyundai Elantra being loaded onto a flatbed, the front end smashed up and airbags deployed.

According to police paperwork, an officer was parked at the base of the Duquesne Incline when he heard the car racing and screeching before it crashed into the fencing, went airborne and landed in this parking lot.
According to two witnesses, the man behind the wheel was driving at a high rate of speed in reverse when he turned and crashed through the fencing.
Over the scanner, Channel 11 heard the police officer tell the dispatcher he's usually sitting in his police cruiser right where the car landed.
Police arrested the driver, Anthony Eron Young, and charged him with DUI, possession of marijuana and reckless driving.
Police also confirmed to Channel 11 this car is the same one that was stolen in a robbery that occurred earlier this year when a man reported being robbed and having his rental car taken from him on Bedford Avenue.
Young's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 30.
