PITTSBURGH — Here’s another reason why Eat ‘N Park’s the place for smiles: The restaurant chain was nationally recognized for its best practices in employee retention.
The company received the 2018 Best Practices Award in the family dining category by Transforming Data into Knowledge.

According to a news release by Eat ‘n Park, they have one of the lowest employee turnover rates in the restaurant industry. Officials said the company has 400 employees who have been with the company 25 years or more.
The restaurant is a three-time winner of the Best Practices Award. The company is also a past recipient of the Heart of the Workplace Award.
