MT. LEBANON, Pa. — A Whitehall man accused of threatening to blow up a state building has just been federally charged.

Kurt Cofano posted videos of himself making and setting off homemade bombs, investigators say.

He threatened to kill people at the CIA headquarters in Washington D.C., according to investigators, who also say they found more than 30 homemade bombs in his car when he was pulled over in Mt. Lebanon last week.

Cofano is facing firearms and explosive charges and could spend up to 50 years behind bars.
