A fire tore through a home in New Castle early Saturday morning.
Fire crews fought to extinguish a massive fire that engulfed a residence on Cedar Street in New Castle after the fire started around 1:30 a.m.
Police said the house was vacant, and there were no injuries.

The house that caught fire has been on New Castle’s demolition list, according to investigators.
It is unclear how the fire started inside the home.
