For the third evening in a row, flash flooding ravaged southern Allegheny County.
From the southern Pittsburgh neighborhoods of Brookline and Hays out to West Mifflin and McKeesport, rising waters closed roads and flooded buildings.

In McKeesport, portions of Brownlee Street are missing as bricks have just washed away.
In Brookline, Route 51 was closed for hours as floodwaters made the road impassable.
Channel 11 News found areas caked with mud and debris left behind by flash flooding. Public works crews in several municipalities are surveying the damage and planning cleanup efforts.
