PITTSBURGH — Giant Eagle does not have to change its mask policy over a lawsuit, as a judge denied a request for an injunction.

Josiah Kostek claimed the store’s mask policy violated the Americans with Disabilities Act.

In a ruling, the judge said alternatives are available such as curbside grocery pickup, as well as face shields.

The judge also said Kostek didn’t present any medical evidence to back up his claims that he can’t wear masks.
