WILKINSBURG, Pa. — Police responded Thursday night to two streets in Wilkinsburg for an incident that appears to have ended in a crash.
Our crew saw officers out on Burns Street around 10 p.m.
More officers were spotted a couple blocks away on Hunter Street, where a van apparently hit a building.
