BRACKENRIDGE, Pa. — Counselors will be on hand this week at schools in the Highlands School District after one of their students died over the weekend.
Eli Bussotti's father confirmed his son's death to our news partners at the TribLIVE.
Investigators said Bussotti, 17, was trying to turn onto Morgan Street in Brackenridge Friday when his car rode up guide wires on a utility pole, police told TribLIVE.
Bussotti, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was thrown from the car and the vehicle landed on him, police told TribLive.
He was the only person in the vehicle. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
