CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A home caught fire Sunday afternoon as severe thunderstorms battered the region.
Viewer video sent to Channel 11 showed flames roaring through the roof of the home on Jefferson Lane in Cranberry Township.
Officials said the homeowners were not there when the fire started.
It’s not clear what caused the fire, but officials are not ruling out a lightning strike.
