PULASKI TWP. — A jack-knifed tractor-trailer caused delays on Interstate 376 in Pulaski Township, Lawrence County.
It happened at 5:10 a.m. Monday, according to Pennsylvania State Police in New Castle.
The truck was partially blocking one westbound lane, and traffic was diverted.
The driver of the vehicle was hurt, police said.
