Joe Biden FaceTimes with Mister Roger’s widow during train stop in Latrobe

LATROBE, Pa. — Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden took some time during his train stop in Latrobe Wednesday to FaceTime with Mister Rogers widow Joanne.

A post on Twitter shows the former vice president video chatting with Joanne Rogers.

Biden and his wife Jill, took a train tour across eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania.

In addition to Latrobe, the former vice president also stopped in Pittsburgh, Greensburg, and New Alexandria as part of the “Build Back Better Express” train tour.

Coming off Tuesday night’s first presidential debate, the tour started in Cleveland, where the debate was held.

Biden hoped to connect with voters in Pennsylvania, a key battleground state President Donald Trump won in 2016.
