PITTSBURGH — A judge declined to issue a ruling in a heated custody battle between U.S. Senate candidate Sean Parnell and his estranged wife.
Parnell took the stand Tuesday on the final day of testimony.
Last week, Parnell’s ex-wife accused him of hitting two of their three kids.

Both parents were fighting for primary custody of their three children.
The judge on the case said he had too much to consider to make a ruling following court proceedings on Tuesday.
