KISKIMINETAS TWP. — Police charged two men, and are looking for two more, after a reported bar fight led to a high speed chase on Saturday.
Kiski Township Police said the incident started shortly after 11:30 p.m. Saturday at the Cool Water Saloon on Route 56.
As police arrived, one of the men involved, Joshua Petricig, 35, of Apollo, pulled out of the parking lot. Police attempted to pull him over and a high speed chase ensued, reaching nearly 100 mph, police said.
Petricig pulled his vehicle over several miles away and was taken into custody, police said.
Another man Jarrod Miller, 36, of Spring Church, was arrested at the bar.
Police said the two men were involved in a fight with two other unknown men. When a bartender attempted to break up the fight she was assaulted by Petricig. Both Petricig and Miller were intoxicated at the time of this incident, police said.
Petricig was taken to the Armstrong County Jail and charged with fleeing and eluding police, DUI, simple assault, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and harassment. Miller was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
