WHITE OAK, Pa. — Part of a road in White Oak has been shut down due to a landslide that happened Wednesday night.
Lincoln Way is closed between Stewartsville Hollow Road and Coulterville Road.
A spokesperson for Duquesne Light said the landslide caused several trees to come down onto power lines. They said there was also a water main break in the area around the same time as well.
Initially, around 1,450 customers were without power, according to Duquesne Light. Power has since been restored to all of those customers.
The spokesperson for Duquesne Light said their crews worked through the night and afternoon to restore power.
PennDOT said the road will be closed until further notice.
