BELLE VERNON, Pa. — A 74-year-old man who had been missing since Saturday morning was found dead in an overturned vehicle, Pennsylvania State Police said Tuesday.
Ronald Kimmel was last seen leaving his home headed for Scottdale around 8 a.m. Saturday.
Police said no foul play is suspected.
