At least nine stores in the region opened their doors as the entire area is in the yellow phase of Gov. Tom Wolf’s reopening plan.
The stores were implementing new procedures officials said will keep people safe. The measures include disinfecting wipes for carts, hand sanitizer stations, encouraging customers to wear masks, limiting the number of customers in stores and one-way aisles among other rules.
