The Settlers Cabin Wave Pool in Robinson is hosting hundreds of actors and production crews Monday night into Tuesday morning while they continue shooting a movie.
“Unsinkable,” an independent film about the sinking of the Titanic – along with everything that followed – will be shooting some of its biggest scenes over the next few days.
More than 120 actors in 1912-style clothing will begin filming around 2 a.m. Tuesday in the wave pool – recreated to look like the North Atlantic – filled with lifeboats and hundreds of floating bodies, according to a news release.

They are filming the sinking of the Titanic, which is the jumping off point of the movie. According to the release, “Unsinkable” focuses more on what happens after the ship sinks.
The film features the U.S. Senate inquiry following the Titanic's sinking, along with other personal moments that surrounded it.
The move is being produced by PMI Films in association with Turn Key Films, and it is directed by Cody Hartman.
The production will move to North Park on Thursday and Friday, the release said.
