PITTSBURGH — UPDATE: Edward Franklin was safely found.
SVU detectives seek the public’s help to find 81-year-old Edward Franklin.
Franklin is 6′2 with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in the 1900 block of Robinson Boulevard in Zone 5 wearing a dark gray Champion sweatshirt and sweatpants, bright blue tennis shoes and a blue “Daddy Shark” hat.
He is diagnosed with dementia.
