Man exposed himself to women outside Richland Township Target, police say

RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A Zelienople man is facing charges after Northern Regional Police said he was exposing himself to women shopping at the Target along Route 8 in Richland Township.

“It seems he would see a female exiting the store, he would watch them walk to their cars and if there was a parking spot available next to that female, he would pull in and expose himself,” said Chief John Sicilia of Northern Regional Police Dept.

Sicilia said Kevin Clark was at the Target for a substantial amount of time following different women around and exposing himself. The alleged incident happened on Oct. 28 around 1pm.

The victim told Channel 11 when she was getting her baby out of the car seat, a car parked next to her and when she looked over — she saw a man exposing himself. She said she was disgusted and appalled and called 911 right away.

Another shopper told police she noticed Clark watching women and then pulling in and out of several parking spots.

Some Target shoppers were shocked.

“That’s awful. I mean it’s the holiday season,” said Jeanne Brundage. “They are all out here trying to enjoy ourselves, get back out, and now we have to worry about what’s going on in a parking lot. It’s terrible.”

“It’s frightening. I think of kids that come shopping with their grandparents or their parents. What if that happened with them,” said Jan Dineff, a Target shopper.

The victim told officers the vehicle involved was a white GMC Sierra pick up truck which helped police catch Clark.
