CHIPPEWA, Pa. — The man accused of sexually assaulting a young boy in a Beaver County Walmart last week was in court Thursday.
Investigators said the suspect, Adam Tatusko, sexually assaulted a young boy in a Chippewa Walmart last week. Hours earlier, police said Tatusko tried to do the same thing to a young boy at a nearby McDonalds.
Tatusko entered the hearing today with his face covered and surrounded by supporters. None of them acknowledged our cameras.

Sources close to the investigation tell Channel 11 News the Tatusko has intellectual disabilities. He had been accompanied to the Walmart by a caretaker from a private agency and he was allowed to go to the bathroom by himself.
Channel 11 has also learned from sources that a caretaker accompanied Tatusko to the McDonalds prior to the Walmart incident. Police said Tatusko told them he tried to grab another boy in the restroom at the fast-food restaurant.
The Beaver County District Attorney's Office told WPXI's Amy Marcinkiewicz that he does not comment on mental health issues, but that the criminal case is moving forward.
