PITTSBURGH — Police arrested a man accused of opening fire on a woman and her three children at a home Thursday night in Uptown Pittsburgh, leading to a SWAT situation, police said.
Investigators said the standoff on Tustin Street was prompted by a domestic issue between a woman and her boyfriend, Taquan Gurley, who fired the shot. The woman ran out of the house with her three children.
