The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office said Lengyel was identified as the man standing on top of a City of Pittsburgh Police vehicle which was spray-painted and burned. Police said he also stomped on the vehicle and swung a traffic cone through the window.

Authorities said he encouraged others to join in on the destruction of the police cruiser, too.

Lengyel was taken to the Allegheny County Jail.
