ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. — A Crafton man accused of secretly recording underage girls at a Washington County youth center is now facing rape and sexual assault charges in Allegheny County.

Dozens of videos were found on Anthony Fletcher’s phone, according to a criminal complaint. Police said he was sexually assaulting a minor who was unconscious.
The assaults happened between 2013 and 2021, police said. The victim is now 20 years old, but because she was unconscious during the assaults, she never knew about them.
Fletcher, 37, was arrested and is in the Allegheny County Jail.
In May, Fletcher was arrested after police said he hid a camera in a restroom, secretly recording underage girls undressing at the Armory Youth Center in Canonsburg. Police began their investigation after Microsoft said he uploaded child pornography online.
