AMBRIDGE, Pa. — Charges have been filed in the shooting deaths of two people killed outside a Beaver County gas station early Friday morning.

Brandon Richardson is charged with two counts of criminal homicide.

The shooting was reported shortly after 2:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the Sunoco A-Plus on Merchant Street.

“The very first thing I saw was a body lying there, and then I saw cops swarming the place,” Tyrrelle Blakely, a neighbor, said.

Police obtained and reviewed video surveillance after taking Richardson into custody, according to court paperwork.

According to the criminal complaint, the video shows Richardson being assaulted by five people, including Everett and Seymour.

Channel 11 was there as police arrested Zachary Berry and Dana Jones, two of the three charged with aggravated assault.

In the video, Richardson is struck, kicked and thrown to the ground, according to the criminal complaint.
Police said the assault ended when they were approached by an employee at the store.

That’s when police said Richardson walked toward the driver’s side of the black Cadillac. Richardson told police he had obtained a gun from his vehicle.

He then approached the rear of the Cadillac and pointed a gun at one or two of the individuals, according to the criminal complaint.

Seymour and Everett then walked toward Richardson, according to police. Everett is then seen bending down, apparently to pick something up off the ground, and that’s then Richardson shoots both Everett and Seymour.

They were both pronounced dead at the scene.

Two vehicles, a car and an SUV, were towed from the scene.
