Man dead after being found in car riddled with bullets in Penn Hills

PENN HILLS, Pa. — A 21-year-old man was shot and killed late Tuesday night in a Penn Hills neighborhood.

The man, Nazbir Chambers, was found shot inside his car, police said. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The shooting was reported just after 11 p.m. on Fielding Drive.

A number of bullet holes could be seen in the car.
