PITTSBURGH — A man paralyzed by an assault outside a downtown Pittsburgh McDonald’s is suing the restaurant and the fast-food chain.
Mark Conn said two employees stepped-in after he got involved in an argument with another customer at the Wood Street location last month.
The employees broke three of his vertebrae, leaving him unable to move his arms and legs, Conn said.

The whole incident was captured on cellphone video and on surveillance cameras.
Both of the employees, Roneese Davis, 25, and Kaniya Martin, 18, are facing charges.
