WILKINSBURG, Pa. — Allegheny County police have made an arrest in a deadly shooting in Wilkinsburg Monday evening.
The shooting happened in the 1600 block of Laketon Road around 6 p.m., according to police.
When emergency crews arrived, they found a man shot in the head.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office identified the man as 18-year-old Khalil Logan.
Logan was pronounced dead at the scene.

Wilkinsburg police officers were proactively patrolling the area at the time of the shooting when they saw a man leaving the area, police said. The man was stopped by Penn Hills police near the scene.
Investigators identified the man as 18-year-old Deshere Davenport.
Davenport was taken to the Allegheny County Jail, where he is awaiting arraignment on several charges including homicide and tampering with evidence.
